Bobby Dalton RN, MHA, CEN, CNML

Bobby Dalton is a nursing leader within the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. As the Nurse Manager he oversees clinical operations of his Emergency Department. In addition to providing leadership to the ED, he is a clinical consultant with the National Emergency Medicine Office (NEMO) providing expertise in data and analytics. As part of this work he chairs the Emergency Medicine Data Acquisition Team (EMDAT). They support nursing and physician leaders in the field with obtaining clinical and operational data for the over 130 EDs and Urgent Care Centers (UCCs) within the VA system. In his latest work, he has begun exploring the field of tele-emergency care; working with clinical leaders within the VA New England Healthcare System to launch program in 2024 for Veterans within the Northeast of the country. Outside of work, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. They love spending their time hiking, playing basketball (UCONN country), and enjoying some good fantasy films
