Christina Aragon-Santiago is the director of capacity improvement and analytics at Baptist Hospital in Miami, Florida. Christina has over 13 years of leadership experience including nurse manager and director of nursing. In her current role, she oversees capacity management, discharge suite, operational improvement, and the house supervisors. She is both an active nurse leader and an operations leader with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She leads cross-functional teams, directs complex projects, and implements strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
