Christine Chizek is the South Texas HCA Healthcare Market Director of Professional Development with over 33 years of experience as an educator, leader, and clinician specializing in emergency nursing and education. Chris holds multiple nursing specialty board certifications and passionately supports all nurses' becoming board certified. In addition to her education role, Chris is actively involved with the American Heart Association (AHA) Life Support Training for the Rio Grande Valley, the Texas Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) as Trauma Committee Chairperson, and her local ENA Chapter 438-Rio Bravo Chachalacas.
