Deb Delaney DNP MHA RN CEN

With over 30 years of experience as an emergency nurse, nurse leader and nursing consultant, Deb has assisted many emergency departments across the country with process improvement implementation. Her success in achieving clinical goals is valued by administrators, however it's her “boots-on-the-ground” realism that resonates with staff at the stretcher-side. Her understanding of ED operations and her poignant realism makes her a frequently sought speaker at state and national ENA conferences. She’s a contributing author to the 2016 book “Emergency Nursing; the profession, the pathway, the practice” as well as the 2020 “Lippincott CEN Review” and is often found sharing her wit and wisdom to delighted audiences. Deb currently works as the implementation lead for a technology company that supports emergency nurses utilizing artificial intelligence.
