Ms. Delfa S Seto MSN, RN, CEN, TCRN

Delfa S. Seto, MSN, RN, CEN, TCRN brings a wealth of experience to her dual roles as the Injury Prevention and Pediatric Coordinator for the Trauma Service at UCI Health. With over 15 years as a trauma nurse, Delfa has dedicated her career to enhancing safety and education in her community. A passionate advocate for injury prevention, she has taught over 3,000 individuals—half of them middle and high school students—through the Stop the Bleed program over the past five years. Delfa’s community engagement extends to her active involvement with the Orange County and California Emergency Nurse’s Associations, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force. Her commitment to quality and safety earned her the prestigious 2023 Barbara A. Foley Quality, Safety, and Injury Prevention Award. When she’s not making Orange County a safer place, Delfa thrives in her favorite role: mom. She loves dancing, cooking, and adventuring with her family. Her solo time is spent hiking, journaling, and devouring audiobooks (often at 1.5x speed). With a blend of expertise, passion, and a healthy sense of fun, Delfa is excited to share her insights with fellow professionals.
