Erin Fulbright-Coleman, APR, joined the Sickle Cell Association of South Louisiana (SCASL) in 2020 as the Interim Executive Director, bringing her expertise and unwavering passion for health equity for all. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from California State University, Long Beach, and a master’s degree in mass communication from Southern University and A&M College. With over 13 years of experience in public relations, non-profit management, and event coordination, Erin has built a career dedicated to impactful communication and community engagement. Today, Erin channels her passion into advocacy for individuals living with sickle cell disease, working to amplify their voices and secure equitable healthcare access. As Chair of the Louisiana Sickle Cell Commission, she helps lead initiatives to raise awareness, support Sickle Cell Warriors, and drive systemic change toward health equity.
