Erin McCarroll BSN, RN, CEN

Erin McCarroll is currently a supervisor at the UNC Health Rex Emergency Department. Erin has been a registered nurse for over 10 years with experiences in disaster, emergency, and trauma nursing. She is certified in Emergency Nursing by BCEN and is also a disaster expert completing formal FEMA training with a concentration in disaster management from both the clinical and leadership perspective in Anniston, Alabama. Erin is passionate about patient outcomes and translating care from problem identification to achieving outcomes. She is a LEAN purple belt and has demonstrated change management skills, especially surrounding the area of Sepsis outcomes and ED throughput.
