Jacki Roland is an experienced emergency and trauma nurse with over 13 years of nursing experience, specializing in the care of traumatically injured patients. Currently, she serves as a clinical nurse educator in the emergency department, where she supports a Level 1 academic trauma and burn center as well as free-standing emergency rooms in the Denver metro area.
In addition to her civilian position, she serves as a member of the instructor cadre at CSTARS St. Louis, a training platform that integrates both active duty and Missouri Air National Guard personnel. Since joining the military in 2008, Major Roland has gained extensive expertise in trauma care, also serving as a course director for both TNCC and ENPC, and an instructor for ATCN. At CSTARS St. Louis, Major Roland plays a key role in providing high-quality trauma care education and training to both military and civilian medical personnel. Her commitment to education, combined with her diverse experience across military and civilian healthcare settings, enhances the skills of healthcare teams and helps improve trauma care outcomes in the broader community.
