Leadership over 8 hospital wide specialties program with oversight of 51 employees.  Spearheaded the development and maintenance of electronic databases to support organizational operations and data management needs.  Designed and implemented the 'Code MET' hospital-wide response protocol, aimed at activating an emergency response team for individuals not admitted to the hospital.  Developed and implemented an electronic communication tool bridging all units within the Medical Center and Arlington campus, facilitating the dissemination of real-time and historical data on hospital matrices.
