Jeff Wood RN, BA

Jeff is an Emergency Department consulting leader at Huron Consulting Group with more than 35 years in ED nursing leadership. In leading improvement work with over 300 hospitals, he has developed solutions to improve patient throughput, patient experience, and team-member engagement in emergency departments across the US. He has presented nationally on topics such as ED Leadership, Patient Throughput Redesign, and ED Patient Experience. Jeff is a longstanding member of ENA, having served as a peer mentor. He is also Lean for Healthcare certified.
