Jen serves in the role of Clinical Nurse Leader Intern for Atrium Health CMC Adult ED, focusing on flow, developing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to combat identified barriers and capacity constraints. She has grown within the ED team over the last 14 years, starting as a healthcare tech, staff nurse, clinical supervisor, then CNL-Intern. She has served as chair of the UBC since 2023, heavily focusing on increasing teammate engagement, defining root causes, teammate recognition, and community outreach.
