Johanna Kushan is a Trauma Nurse Specialist for Inova Loudoun Hospital's ER. She has 30 years of nursing experience to include Level 1 and Level 3 Trauma centers, Cath Lab, EP, and Cardiac Step-down units. She is the Chair of the ER Unit Based Council, Scheduling Committee, and Triage Transformation Committee. Her interests include Staff Education, Engagement and Satisfaction and Patient Outcomes and Safety.
