Joselyn Martin MSN, RN, NE-BC

Joselyn has been a Registered Nurse since 2011; in that time she has filled multiple bedside roles across two Level I Trauma Centers, including the ICU, ED, and as a Nurse Manager, all of which inform her work in conflict communication and empowering nurses to set firm boundaries which allow them to practice at the height of their professional license, ensuring best patient outcomes. She is currently faculty at The University of New Mexico School of Nursing where she endeavors to prepare the next generation of nursing professionals.
