Justin is an experienced ER nurse with 14 years in the field, currently serving at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia. Over the course of his career, Justin has progressed from floor nurse to Unit Supervisor and ultimately to Director, overseeing the three emergency departments. He is passionate about nurse-driven problem solving and is committed to identifying effective solutions. Justin's career began 19 years ago as a clinical technician. He gained valuable experience in the Progressive Care Unit and the Intensive Care Unit before discovering his passion for the Emergency Department. He believes his greatest attribute is his commitment to supporting his team. He is dedicated to collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to challenges and promoting nurse-driven initiatives.
