Dr. Michele MD Lee DNP, RN, CEN, NPD-BC

Dr. Michele Lee works for Sentara Healthcare where she coordinates the Transition to Practice (TTP) Professional Development Mentoring Program. She is responsible for mentoring all new graduate nurses across six TTP programs. She has been an Emergency Department (ED) nurse for the past thirty-five years, spending the last 15 years in education and leadership, where she created the ED RN Pathway TTP program. As a Certified Emergency Nurse and a Certified Nursing Professional Development Specialist, she is passionate about growing and mentoring all nurses, but especially emergency nurses. Dr. Lee is a proud Lifetime Member of the Emergency Nurses Association.
