Holding a Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist from Indiana University, Ron has dedicated his career to improving patient outcomes, developing healthcare teams and future leaders and advancing nursing practice. During a 24-year tenure at Indiana University Health - Methodist Hospital, Ron excelled in roles ranging from Clinical Nurse Specialist to Flight Nurse, consistently driving innovations in clinical quality and staff education. Additionally, they have contributed to the motorsport industry as a travel nurse for the IndyCar Series and a provider at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. An accomplished leader, Ron has held pivotal roles in the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), including serving as its 2021 National President and contributing to the strategic growth and agility of the association during the global pandemic. They were also the 2024 President of the Nursing Organizations Alliance.
